Believe it or not, I did try to base the muffled mumbles Brudil says on an idea of what she's actually saying. Maybe I'll give a concrete translation in a book or something; I'm sure that'll drive sales.

Brudil looks into the room, failing to see the Red Slugfolk clinging to the wall above the doorway.
The Red Slugfolk jumps down, pressing Brudil's bucket helmet over her head!
Brudil: HMMPH?! GRRHT RFF MPH!
The Red Slugfolk jumps down gleefully as Brudil tries to pull the bucket off.
Brudil feels around for her dropped axe, finally finding it.
Brudil: Mm! Hrr mmt mph!
She stands up, threateningly facing the doorframe. The Red Slugfolk stands behind her awkwardly.
Brudil: Nr khmm nnn mrrph, whphh phrr brdmm?!
