The scarecrow effigy of Duke Corpus is pulled up by ropes, with Gianna and two Slugfolk walking behind the curtain.
Duke Corpus: Recall thine shepherd's crook, Gianna!
As he continues commanding his minions (with Ama and Geddon sitting as audience), the Slugfolk with the bandaged eye closes the door (with "CREAK" and "CLATTER" SFX). He sights (with "WHEW" SFX), before standing guard. He is alerted by a noise down the hall, from a shaft up ahead.
Shaft: AUGH!
The cry came from Pleht, looking in terror at a skeletal hand on the opposite side of a platform he stands in. Brudil is just crawling out of the tunnel herself.
Brudil: What?! What's wro-WOAH!

Fun fact: Gianna was originally a custom character for video games - the concept was a ghoul who was fully unaware/in denial about being a ghoul.

Needless to say, the character's changed substantially; don't worry about that happening to any of you; it's a natural part of making characters and the stories they inhabit.
