And then after his epiphany, Pleht has a grim realization.
Pleht: ...Eugh. H-hey!
He calls out to the plant, which is reaching to remove the rings.
Pleht: Forget a-about those! D-don't you still want t-to eat me?
Brudil turns from her own struggle, looking at Pleht in Shock.
Brudil: What? PLEHT, NO!
The Red Slugfolk swings, kicking Brudil square in the face (with "WHAP!" SFX)
Brudil: AUGH!
She then slams the Slugfolk and club down (with "CRASH!" SFX), running to aid Pleht.
